Founder and owner of Management Works and Blue Sky villas, Nicole has over 21 years of experience in property management and holiday rentals. In 2007, she decided that it was time to start her own company and has not looked back since. Nicole is here to make sure the company runs smoothly and that the customers and guests are happy, including you.
Meet Luanna, the boss's right-hand woman. Reliable, team-worker, positive, motivated, and problem-solver, Luanna makes sure everything goes according to plan. Supervising all the different functional areas of the company, she is focused on getting excellent results. The meaning of the name "Luanna" is enjoyment, happiness, and bliss, just like her.
Head of rentals, Andreia is our little firecracker! She makes sure all of our guests have the best moments and enjoy their sunny holidays. The kindest-hearted person, she strives for excellence and 5 star reviews. She keeps the team calm and as we like to say: everyone deserves an Andreia in their life!
Phone us and you'll hear Bruna's wonderful voice "Blue Sky Villas, this is Bruna speaking, how can I help you?". Multi-tasker, Bruna makes sure all the office administrative tasks are functioning efficiently and facilitates all communication between our departments. Not only that, she'll book your preferred restaurants, your adventurous outdoor activities or your in-house massages. Pay us a visit and Bruna will cheerfully make you feel welcome.
Numbers are with Cristina. Born in lovely Porto, she is a real "Mulher do Norte", confident and strong. Having worked in the industry for over 36 years she is in charge of managing the financial and accounting processes in our company.
Born in Munich, Selina speaks 3 languages fluently, has a bachelor's in Education, and was a flight attendant for many years allowing her to travel all around the world. She has an eye for detail and is inspired by the beautiful surroundings around her. In charge of all communication strategies, overall branding and image, Selina is the creative one of our bunch.
Pronounced "Sha-vee-air", born in Venezuela and having moved to sunny Portugal very young, Xavier has been in our team for 7 years now and is a real jack-of-all-trades. He's here to guarantee that any problem you may have at your holiday villa is dealt with quickly and efficiently. Of course, it's unlikely that you will meet him, as he does a great job keeping our properties in tip-top condition.
Having worked in the area for more than 8 years, Silvia is our newest member and with her knowledge and skills instantly became the Senior Property Manager of the company. She won't accept anything other than perfect and you'll find her extremely focused on her tasks #exterminator :'). Bubbly and dynamic, her energy levels are always up high!

Property manager with us for more than 5 years, Vlad gets things done. He is hard-working, determined, and takes his role very seriously.
Passionate about cars, motorbikes, and recent dad, Vlad will always make you laugh.
Half-English, half-German, half-Portuguese, Sidney is the youngest of the squad. A Christmas baby, he is passionate about outdoor activities such as sailing and long hikes with Gucci - one of the office dogs. As a property manager, he looks after more than 16 villas, and you'll always find him greeting you with a smile.

Contrary to the rest of us, does not do much. She likes to sleep a lot. Although she does protect us from the crazy cat lady (who actually isn’t crazy). She is a vital member of the team, keeping us all happy.
